At The Honest Horsewoman, LLC, our programs operate on a quarterly enrollment basis. Due to the high level of care and resources required to deliver our services — including the welfare of our horses — we require a minimum commitment and advance notice for cancellations. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice Deadline
To cancel your enrollment for an upcoming quarter, written notice must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the 15th of the final month of the current quarter.

If cancellation notice is not received by the deadline, you will be financially committed for the entire next quarter.

Late Cancellations & Partial Refunds
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. In these cases:

If you cancel after the 15th of the last month of the current quarter, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the upcoming quarter.

If you cancel during a quarter, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the remaining quarter.

Refund Exceptions
Refunds or partial credits may be considered in extreme or extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of The Honest Horsewoman, LLC. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
